• Council of Directors Institutes of Technology The Council of Directors of Institutes of Technology*, was incorporated in June 2005 as a not-for-profit organisation with charitable status. It enables the Directors of the 13 Institutes of Technology establised under the 1992 RTC's Act to co-ordinate the work of the Institutes nationally and it resources the Management Teams of the Institutes in the discharge of their duties towards their respective Institutions.
